My Personality

On the slide for my family, one of the pictures I chose was a picture of a cat. This cat represents my cat, Gypsy. The cat in the picture looks identical to my cat at home. We’ve had my cat for 4 years and she is still as playful as she was when we first got her two months after she was born. I also have a picture of a pickle ornament on a Christmas tree because a family tradition that we do every year on Christmas is someone on my mom’s side of the family hides a pickle ornament around the house. The first one to find it gets some sort of prize, such as money or a gift card. This tradition is usually popular in a German family, so that’s why we do it. My last picture I placed on this slide is a picture of a cross. This represents that my family is religious. We attend church every Sunday, and only miss a week if we have an important event going on, otherwise there is no exceptions. We spend time together and that represents a good Christian family.
On this slide with inherited behavior, I inserted a picture of Miley Cyrus with an arrow pointing to her hair. This shows that my hair is the same color as hers. It’s a light brown color with some lighter colors hidden underneath. I get brown hair from my mom because she has the same exact color hair as I do. I also have a picture of a green eye. This represents that my eyes are green. Having green eyes can be fairly rare, but I ended up with that color. I also got this eye color from my mom because her eyes are blue, but change to green. Lastly, I placed a WordArt of 5’4 on this slide because that represents my height. I am not extremely short, but not very tall. I get this from my dad because he was average height as a kid, but got a little bit taller as he grew older to a teenager. I am currently barely taller than my mom, so I definitely did not get my height from her.
The first picture on the outer appearance slide is the Abercrombie logo. I placed this on here because Abercrombie is where a lot of my clothes are from. It’s a store where a lot of their clothes fit me well. Another store that I places on this slide was the American Eagle Outfitters logo. I put this on because this is also a store where most of my clothes are from. Their clothes have many different sizes, so it fits most people. The last store I put on here is Vanity. Vanity is a store at Brookfield Square mall that I get some of my clothes from, but only some. They sell nicer clothes, so that’s where I got for that. Another picture on this slide is Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner bottles. This represents what my favorite hair products are. That is the only shampoo and conditioner I use.
The first picture on the inherited traits slide is a picture of contact cases. This represents that I wear contacts because I don’t have 20/20 vision without them. I inherited this from my mom and dad because they both had to wear contact lenses, but ended up getting the laser eye treatment, so they don’t need them anymore. The next picture is a picture of a field because this represents that I have seasonal allergies, such as straw and dust. I got this from my dad because he also has allergies to multiple things; dust and straw being a few of them. Lastly, I inserted a picture of a right hand because this shows that I am right handed. I do everything with my right hand. I get this from my mom and dad because they both are right-handed.
On this slide with social behavior, I put on a picture of a volleyball because that is a team sport I am in. I am not currently in it right now, but I played on the school team last year, and am planning on joining it this year. I also have a picture of Taylor Swift on this slide because she is my role model. I like everything she does. She is a kind person, and loves to help people, and I look up to her for that. I also have a picture of Taylor Lautner on this slide because he is another one of my role models. He is an incredible actor and is definitely a person to look up to. The last picture on here is a pair of dance shoes. This represents a team I am on. I am currently on a dance team and dancing is my passion. It is my favorite sport, and I plan on continuing dancing through high school.
The first picture on the talents, skills, abilities slide is a picture of a dancer because that is huge talent of mine is being able to be a skillful dancer. Another picture is a microphone because a talent of mine is being able to sing. I’ve been singing in choirs a lot and had a solo in a school concert in third grade. Another talent I have is art. I am able to draw good pictures with great detail, and it turns out well. I’ve been drawing ever since I could pick up a marker. The last picture is of me and my friend Rachel. The picture was taken at a pool showing that another talent is swimming. I’m a talented swimmer, and took lessons for years and years. One picture on my future plans slide is of a gymnast doing some trick. This represents that when I grow up, this probably isn’t realistic at all, but I want to be a famous, or just an awesome gymnast. I’ve also been doing gymnastics since I was 6, and I still love it. Another picture is of money and a diploma. I want to graduate and be a person with a great amount of money. Maybe not rich, but have enough money to provide a big house. That represents the next picture of a mansion. I want to grow up and end up living in a huge house.
The first eating habit shown on here the Buffalo Wild Wings logo. This is by far my favorite restaurant. I love their food, and eat there frequently, but usually healthy choices. Another picture is Spiderman fruit snacks because those are by far my favorite after-school snack ever. Those are my only type of fruit snack I eat. Another food on this slide is a basket of fruit. I inserted this because I eat a ton of fruit all the time. Lastly, I put on a picture of mashed potatoes because mashed potatoes are my favorite random snack to eat. On the slide with fears and pet peeves, my first picture was of a girl whispering into another girl’s ear. This represents telling secrets. I absolutely hate when people tell secrets, because I believe if it can’t be shared with everyone, then there is no need to talk about it. Two other pictures are of clowns and spiders. I am deathly afraid of them. They are two things I do not want to see. Another picture is of snow with dragging foot prints in them. One of my pet peeves is when people drag their feet. It bothers me more than anything. The last picture is a dish of ice cream and a metal spoon, with an X through the metal spoon. This shows that I cannot eat ice cream with a metal spoon. I don’t know why, but I hate the feeling and I just don’t like it.
One of my favorites from the slide is a picture of solid pink. This shows that pink is my favorite color. It always has been my favorite color, even when I was little. Another picture is of the All Time Low band. They are my favorite band, and I enjoy listening to their music. There is a picture of Justin Bieber on this slide because I like him as a singer and he used to be my favorite, but now he is just another person I listen to. The last picture on this slide is of Harry Potter. The Harry Potter movies are definitely my favorite movies of all time. The slide of emotions and feelings have a picture of two bears hugging. This shows that I am happy when I get a hug from a friend or family member. The next picture is of a man yelling. I hate when people yell at me, and it brings my mood down. The last picture is a pencil. When I’m upset or happy, I express my feelings through drawing or writing.
On the slide is life experiences. The first picture is of me, a group of friends, and Justin Bieber. I got to meet Justin Bieber, which was an experience of a life time. Meeting someone famous is a big deal to most people, and it was for me. The next picture is of a ribbon that says gymnastics on it. When I went to two gymnastics competetitions, I got 8 ribbons. Two ribbons for each event. The last picture on my PowerPoint is of me and a group of friends with Wes from Kiss FM. This is important because he is funny and I listen to him every morning and night on the radio. Meeting him was extremely fun.
In conclusion, my life can be pretty hectic. It’s filled with a bunch of different events and there is always something going on. For the most part, I love my life and everyone in it, and I don’t want to change one thing about it.
